JIM MCMASTER
I am the Owner Director at Baywater Homes and started the company over 30 years ago and have been involved in the construction of over 200 houses over that time.
The industry is my passion and I have loved building the business and watching it grow over the years. I have worked very hard to get it to where it is and couldn’t be happier having my son and daughter jump on board.
In my spare time I love travelling with my wife, whether it be in Australia or overseas. I love fishing, football, and new adventures on my motorbike with my mates. I also enjoy spending time with my family and with my grandchildren.
MEGAN MCMASTER
I run the office here at Baywater Homes. I do everything from accounting, bookwork, to all the admin side of running and setting up the job ready for the team to start.
I love numbers and being organised and a fast paced environment. I also love seeing our projects come to life.
In my spare time I love catching up with friends and socialising.
Dining out with my partner Jordy and being active and outdoors.
RICK MCMASTER
I’m the Operations Manager and run the build and onsite division of Baywater Homes. I started my career as a qualified carpenter and I quickly fell in love with the building industry.
I love the challenge of building a house from start to finish and being able to build something that someone will call their home.
I pride myself on being honest and transparent, and believe the most important thing in construction is quality and reputation.
When I'm not working I enjoy everything outdoors including fishing, riding my motorbike, running, watching the footy and most of all going and seeing new places with my wife and kids.
